How do you know if your issue is mission critical?

Mission Critical Events include:
  • ​Systems are completely down (i.e. more than 1/2 of your staff cannot work)
  • Allworx system phones are down 
  • Cyber attack (i.e. ransomware, security breach, rogue employee)

​If you are experiencing an issue with a specific application that is required to run your business (i.e. MD Suites, TRACS, AutoCAD, iSqFt, etc.) please contact the application support first. 

Mission Critical Events do not include:
  • Password resets
  • User profile changes (i.e. Allworx user updates, schedule changes, etc.)
