If you are experiencing an issue with a specific application that is required to run your business (i.e. MD Suites, TRACS, AutoCAD, iSqFt, etc.) please contact the application support first.
Mission Critical Events do not include:
- Systems are completely down (i.e. more than 1/2 of your staff cannot work)
- Allworx system phones are down
- Cyber attack (i.e. ransomware, security breach, rogue employee)
